Fees for Maternity Services

Birth Package: $2200

This includes all prenatal care, attendance at labor and birth by CNM and birth assistant, two postpartum home visits in the days after the birth, two office postpartum visits at two weeks and six weeks. Fees for laboratory examinations, medications used, and a few inexpensive supplies are not included. This fee is the "pre-pay" fee and is expected by 36 weeks gestation.

If you have health insurance and your insurance reimburses my services, the pre-pay fee needs to be paid by 36 weeks gestation, and after the birth I will reimburse you, minus your co-pays, deductible and out-of-network provider fees.

Occasionally it is necessary to bill Maternity Services separately.
